One October slot left.

Websites for Irish practices. From €2,950, and the grant pays half.

Your website.Sorted.

You run the practice. I do the rest: the copy, the design, the booking link, the grant form and everything in between. One person in Dublin, live in four weeks. No templates, no agency, no chasing.

Don't like the design direction? Every cent comes back.

Sound familiar?

A website shouldn't be another job on your list.

Two dozen small jobs, none of them yours. Book the call and they all become mine.

It looked fine until I opened it on my phone.I can't even change the opening hours. The agency stopped replying after launch.Patients still ring to ask what we charge.A cousin built it in 2016.Clients look us up before they ring. I dread what they find.

One decision and it's done

Everything included. Nothing an upsell.

One price, agreed in writing before you book. No line items, no "that's extra" halfway through, no surprise invoice at the end.

  • Custom design. No template.

Designed for your practice from a blank page. It will not look like the dentist down the road.

  • Live in four weeks.

A fixed schedule from the first call to launch. If it slips because of me, you hear the same day.

  • Copy written by a person.

I write it from a call with you. You confirm the facts and the fees. No lorem ipsum, no AI filler.

  • Grant paperwork done with you.

The Trading Online Voucher pays half. I help you apply and supply everything the Local Enterprise Office asks for.

  • You own it. Properly.

Your domain, your site, your login. You can edit the text yourself from day one.

  • Don't like the direction? Every cent back.

First Look is the homepage, designed and written. If the direction isn't right, everything you paid comes back. No questions asked, and nothing transfers to you.

How it works

Four weeks. Six steps. One person.

You show up to one call and one review. That's the whole ask.

  1. Day 11

    Call

Twenty minutes. I ask about your patients or clients, not your competitors. You tell me what the site has to do.

  2. Week 12

    Blueprint

Page structure, copy outline and a moodboard for the look. You approve it before anything is designed.

  3. Week 23

    First Look

The homepage, designed and written. This is the guarantee checkpoint: if the direction isn't right, every cent comes back.

  4. Week 24

    Feedback

One focused round. You send everything at once, I apply it in one pass, and nothing drags on for a month.

  5. Week 35

    Build

Pages built, booking wired in, page titles and search basics, tested on real phones.

  6. Week 46

    Live

On your domain, in your account. A short video on how to edit your own text, and thirty days of fixes.

The Trading Online Voucher

Fewer than ten staff? The state pays half.

The Local Enterprise Office pays 50% of a website project, up to €2,500, for businesses with fewer than ten employees, trading six months or more, with turnover under €2 million. On a Website project it pays half of what you pay me.

  • Hosting looked after
  • Text and image edits within two working days
  • Monitoring and backups
  • One improvement each quarter
  • Twelve months minimum, then monthly

Website is paid in full to book, and every cent comes back if the design direction isn't right at First Look. Paying up front also means you can claim the voucher the day the site goes live: the Local Enterprise Office pays it against a paid invoice. The exact number is agreed in writing before anything moves. Studio is paid in stages set out in its scope.

No VAT on top: the price you see is the price you pay. Studios and agencies that charge VAT add 23%, and dental, medical and physio practices cannot reclaim it. Worth checking before you compare quotes.

Our software arm: SoftWrites

Part of SoftWrites

More than a website.

The site is the front door. When a practice needs the system behind it, the same company builds that too: bespoke software that replaces the WhatsApp threads, spreadsheets and workarounds a practice runs on. One scope, one person to ring.

  • The enquiry-to-booking workflow, from first message to confirmed appointment
  • A client or patient portal for forms, files and follow-ups
  • The admin behind reception: intake, reminders, referrals, reports

Meet Spire

One person. Dublin. No account managers.

Spire Studio is Stephen, a designer and developer in Dublin. I take on two projects a month and do the whole of each one myself: the call, the words, the design, the build, the handover.

I started it because good practices keep losing the referral to a website that was fine in 2016. When the site finally matches the work, everything shifts: your confidence, the people who ring, and what they already think of you before you speak.

FAQs

Got questions?

The ones every practice asks, answered plainly. Anything else, book a call.

Who is this for?

Practices and studios in Ireland with fewer than ten staff: dentists, physios, clinics, solicitors, accountants, architects, interior and design studios. Businesses chosen on trust, whose website should agree with what people already say about them.

Is it really custom, or a template with my logo on it?

Custom. Every site starts from a blank page and is designed around your practice. Templates are what the pay-monthly builders sell; you will not look like the clinic down the road.

It's one person. What if you're not around?

Spire is the website arm of SoftWrites, the software company I run, so there is a company and a contract behind your project rather than a freelancer and an invoice. And you are never locked to me: the site is yours from day one, on your own domain with the login in your name, so you can hand it to anyone.

What's the guarantee?

If you do not like the design direction at First Look, everything you paid comes back. No questions, no hard feelings. Taking the refund ends the project there: the design, the words and the files stay with me, so you are back where you started, minus nothing. After you approve First Look, the project continues to launch.

How does the grant work?

The Local Enterprise Office Trading Online Voucher pays 50% of the project up to €2,500. You apply through your local office, I supply the quote and everything they ask for, you pay me in full, and the office refunds you. On a Website project that is half of what you pay.

Do I qualify?

Fewer than ten employees, trading for six months or more, turnover under €2 million, and you have not had a voucher before. Most practices on the list above qualify. If you do not, the price is the same and nothing else changes.

Will I show up on Google?

The site is built to be found: proper page titles, fast pages, your services and your area in the words people actually search, and your Google Business listing claimed and linked. For most practices that is enough to show up for their own name and their area. Ongoing SEO — monthly content, link building, rank tracking — is a different job and I do not sell it. If you need that, I will tell you what to ask for.

What if I have no photos or copy?

You need nothing to start. I write the copy from our call and an intake form; you confirm facts and fees. For photos I use what you have, direct a shoot if you want one, or choose stock carefully until you do.

What does one round of revisions mean?

After First Look you have three working days to send all your feedback at once. I apply it in one pass. It keeps a four-week project at four weeks.

Who owns the site?

You do, from day one. It sits on your own domain with the login in your name. Hosting runs about €10 a month, or Care covers it along with edits and monitoring.

What about VAT?

There is none to add. I am not VAT-registered, so the price on the page is the price you pay. That matters most if you are a dentist, physio or clinic: your own services are VAT-exempt, so you could not reclaim the 23% a VAT-registered studio would add to its quote.

What does "from" mean?

€2,950 is the Website plan as listed on the page: up to seven pages. If your project needs more than that covers — extra pages, or the workflow behind the site — I say so on the call and quote the exact number in writing before you pay anything. Once agreed, the price does not move.

What happens after launch?

Thirty days of fixes are included. Then you edit your own text, or Care handles hosting, edits, monitoring and one improvement each quarter for €120 a month, twelve months minimum.
